What to know about the venue

Rancho los Garcia is a working farm owned by a family friend. They raise goats, sheep, chickens, cows, horses and quail. You'll have a chance to go visit the animals during cocktail hour before dusk. Please wear appropriate shoes for walking on gravel and dirt paths throughout the property. They ask that guests are accompanied by their staff and keep their hands outside of the pens when visiting the animals. Parking will be on the gravel drive and mowed hay fields to the South and SE of the building.

The outdoor patio will be used for cocktail hour and throughout the evening for a bit of fresh air - we will have a fire pit and heaters on the patio to keep warm.  Dinner & party will be held in an indoor, climate controlled building.

Accessibility: The site has a gravel driveway that can be tricky to walk across for those with mobility difficulties. Please let Sarah know if you require accommodations. The  indoor space has no stairs/steps and includes an accessible bathroom.
